Your story can help others on their journey.
To better understand perspectives and experiences of people living with HIV, we are gathering your stories about diagnosis, testing and treatment.

If you are interested in sharing your story, please contact us today (via the form below) and tell us about your experience. A member of the Gilead team will be in touch with next steps.

We are interested in your personal story and experience living with HIV. By checking this box (below) and submitting your story, you consent and agree that:

  1. You are voluntarily submitting your personal information, including your name and sensitive personal information, including health information, to Gilead Sciences, Inc.;
  2. Gilead Sciences, Inc. will review your submission and sensitive personal information to determine, at Gilead Sciences, Inc.'s sole discretion, if Gilead wants to pursue featuring your story on ChooseUHIV.com or in other Gilead materials;
